Sky q switches off - 15/05

My sky Q doesn't work at all, please could someone come round to fix or replace.

Not sure why these threads are still at Level 3 ... is that the highest priority?

Sky tv has been affected since last night. Still down this morning. Numerous reboots has little or no effect - sometimes it has come back for a matter of minutes or now, not at all.

An update or acknowledgement from Sky would be useful as they've had all night to investigate ....

Had to switch off sky box at socket 5 times last night. T.v goes black & remote won't do anything. It came back on for about 10 minutes after rebooting box. But still had to do this every 10/15 minutes.

Hi @Coffeeor99  have you tried unplugging the box from the mains then plug back in ?

Thank you. I didn't envisage this being a nationwide problem...had assumed it was my box was knackered! Sort of a relief.

Same here, went off about 9pm. Thought something was wrong with tv. Going to reset box now.

Sky Q disconnected last night around 10pm. My Sky Q box would not power down. Same this morning. I unplugged my Sky Q network and replaced. Issue resolved.

Sky Q is not connecting to my tv since about 9.30 last night. When are you going to get this sorted sky it has been 11hrs now

Our Sky Q kept crashing last night whilst trying to watch recorded content. Performed several resets but black screen after around 10/20 minutes watching. Very annoying.

I had this too last night, tried to log in to my sky and it was under maintenance so couldn't, hoping it was all linked and it was an issue with them not my box, not tried it yet today so .....
