Yes mine too.  Sky Q switched off at the end of Who Wants to be a Millionaire at around 21.50 on 15/5/2025

Sky switched off 15/05 and still won’t turn on

My sky Q box went off about 9.30pm on 15/05 and still isn't working this morning. The standby light is green and there are blue lights on the middle ring but still no picture at all and tv has message saying HDMI has no signal yet it's all plugged in

  • Same issues and whilst green light was on when I woke this morning, no signal to the TV.  Hard reset done and no issues for the last hour. 

 

Interesting though that when I check the service status it's stating that Sky cannot connect to the box, even though the box has an Internet connection.

Hey. So my sky q box turns of then only way to get anything to work you have to turn of box at means. Happened every 15 last night.

No signal

Is there a problem with sky ? 
we seem to have no signal after the tv working fine after seeing on Facebook that we aren't the only ones is there a nationwide issue or just local to us 

I'm not paying for an engineeer to come out of it's not my problem

sky crashed

There seem to be a lot of people reporting Sky crashed last night, my Sky Go box is showing as on but my TV shows 'no signal' so I can't even get the Sky screen to check settings. 

Power, internet and other apps on the TV are all working fine.

Any solutions or is this a new cyber attack?!

Re: Technical faul

Mine went down x 3. between 9.30-10.30pm Completed reset. Woke this morning same issue. Reset. Can't get through to Sky TV Technical until 8am. Then will no doubt sit in a Q. 😡

Mini boxes

Mini boxes not working I've done everything it asked you to do an still not working & my mums is same live in same area but different streets.

Power problem

My Sky box power keep.dropping out. The red light recording feature comes on but my TV confirms no power also the mini Sky Q Boxes don't get connect. It works again after disconnect power ans turn on again, but goes off every 20 mins now. Suggestions? Ideally I would talk to someone at Sky but seemingly that isn't an option, which in itself beggars belief.
