Sky keeps shutting down

Sky has gone down 4 times tonight and I have had to switch off and reboot - is it only me or is there a larger problem ?

Picture and sound goes off. Green light stays on. No control. Unplug and plug back in works for about 2-3 minutes then goes off again. To stays on. Good signal and internet.

Hi, on all recordings my playback is cutting out. The odd thing is the green light and playback blue circular light are still on a rotating etc

Yet the screen goes blank. The remote buttons don't work. Everything freezes. My tv act likes the sky box isn't on.  It's very odd. 8 times I have done a power recycle. Tried several recordings etc. All connections are good. Wifi, cables etc all fine. Feel like the only option is a hard drive reset bit trying to avoid this as don't want to lose all the recordings. Does anyone have any ideas? Software is up to date too!

Help!!! 

As ever tried to call sky and  the customer service is a shocking. The amount i apy for sky and no service. It's disgusting!!!!

Mine too. Has done it 4  times in the last 90 mins. Wrecking my head. Also can't sign into the My Sky App it is saying maintainence is ongoing. I wonder if wgat ever they are doing is also affecting the Sky Q service

Lose of hdmi to sky box even though sky box still showing green light

Feels like some sort of StackOverflowException as it works for 10 mins or so and then crashes. Will have to wait for the devs to push out a hotfix update.

Unplug and reboot should come back seems an issue for many at the moment

Also the same issue here.

Screen just went blank, all the minis went off, box not responding to remote (green light still on).

Power cycled it, and it came back for 10 - 15 minutes, then died the same way again.

Its done this three times this evening now.

Same here 5 times it's crashed in the last hour I'm in Greater Manchester. Come on Sky sort it out

 I am having the same problem, screen suddenly goes black and tells me 

"NO SIGNAL"

"CHECK THE INPUT"

Three times I have switched off the Sky Q Box and rebooted, the programme comes back and then shuts down approx 5 to 10 minutes later,.

hope it is sorted for the morning.
