Hi all,

 

We’re extremely sorry If you experienced issues with your Sky Q services recently. These issues have been fixed. If you’re still having trouble, please switch off your box at the mains for 30 seconds, then back on. For mini box issues, also reboot the main box.

 

We’ll be locking this thread but for more help on your Sky services you can create a new discussion where other members are on hand 24/7 to offer their support.

Mine did the same. I switched it offnst thr wall, left it a couple of minutes and it came back. It's been playing up for about ten minutes.

as anybody else been kick out of the my sky app saying your account is not authorised to access the my sky app

Sky Q goes in loop whilst watching pre recording

Just as title says was watching pre recording and sky box goes into a loop, sky broadband checker stuck on all looking good from just before it stopped. There is only problem that Sky has no technical team on when you call out of hours. Disconnected hub reset done 

updates should be when I sleep. Clearly a WiFi /broadband issue , but all is apparently up to speed . Non sense

MIne has done the same, some authentication server error and cannot connect ot main sky q box
