Sky q screen goes black

Sky q screen works for an hour then screen goes black, sound stops and then nothing. We have to reset and it works again for a while. We're having to reset 5 times a day? Connectivity and Internet all ticked.

What do you mean by "reset"?

 

Sounds like it might be overheating.
