Sky q says network connection down one minute then the next ok can't watch what have fownloafed

Mainly at night on sky q can't watch what I have recorded says network down , done all the usual reset it , turned it off and back on, my internet is ok any ideas

Hi @Dave6811   The time is important, you are not being caught out by the Standby settings?

Problem is can't watch downloads, says no network connection, reset it numourous times seems I'm not the only one seems ok this morning it seems to play up at night

You said can't watch things you've recorded - is it one or both of those (could understand it not being able to download new content if the connection is playing up)
