Sky q says connected to sky67327

My sky q box has been saying for a while it is connected to sky67327 when I use 4g wifi  from 3 for my Internet as it is the best I can get in the rural area I am in.

All my other connections Netflix, prime, Disney and my pc, phone and tablet show the 3 Internet connection but sky says connected to sky67327 and I don't even have sky Internet [Removed]

Does anyone know why this is?

It's normal to show as connected to a network like "SKYA1B2C3". It's just the name of your Sky Q's internal mesh network.  Everything should still be working as normal.
