Sky q remote only works for volume and on/off

Nothing else working - any ideas how I can reset? Batteries are fine , tv is fine

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote. Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it's led flashes four times. Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Thanks I've done this and it goes to 'remote set up' then continue but as the buttons aren't working I can't select 'continue'

Do you have another remote (from a mini box) that you can try. It may be a faulty remote control.

Hi,

I have the same issue. Every few days my remote stops working it only controls the volume up and down once this happens the only fix is to reboot the mini box. Its becoming very frustrating having to reboot the box every few days.

Sky initially thought it was the mini box so they just sent me a new box and remote and the same issue persists.

Hi @R1chard1   All 7 & 9 does is reset the remote, there is no onscreen message.
