Cannot access sky q recordings on phone or tablet - suddenly stopped working

Access to re wordings is at best spasmodic - can't work out why
Today I can access on my phone bout yesterday nothing! Nothing changes- no changes to settings

@DougR have you recently cancelled Sky multiroom as you need this subscription to connect to yourQ box and see /download recordings from your Q box

Multiroom available in my package- have checked Internet connection etc - all seems to be in order!! Totally stumped!!

@DougR Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Tried all of that - connection was working great - then wouldn't connect

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
