Sky q multi room black screen

Hi

My main sky box came up with an error message and I had to reset the hard drive.

That box is now working but the multi room box now has a black screen and is not receiving a satellite signal.

The sky q multiroom box is connected to the main sky box via a cable and not WiFi.

How do I get the multiroom box working again ?

Hi @Bracon Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?

I have tried that several times but to no avail.

main box works but mini box just has black screen , although you can see the blue interface page with home , tv guide etc
