Sky q miniboxwont start aftwr doing everything they ask

I ha e done everythkng the help has asked me to do to restart both the main box amd tne mini sky q box. The main box is working bjt not.tbe mkni kne

@Penrhiw1 try rebooting your router first 

then when that is back up and running 

reboot your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

finally reboot your mini
