Sky q mini has not found paramount plus even though it is part of sky cinema package on main sky q

I have added a sky q mini today, updated the software and set up the remote but when I call for Paramount Plus it requires my log in details for Paramount. My Paramount comes as part of my Sky package and works fine on main Sky q and as far as I can recall I don't have a separate login for Paramount.

I notice that others have had this problem but were taken to a one to one with sky which means I could not see their solution.

@Chas3 you would have had to create a username and password to log in to paramount + so you would have to try and remember what you used so you can log into paramount+ on your mini box
