Sky q mini connection with 3rd party wifi
I have recently installed a 3rd party starlink broadband to get increased as i onlu coukd get 2mb with sky broadband.
i have sky q with 2 minis in a large house so i previously connected the minis using a sky extender.
the main q box has connected via wifi perfectly to the starkibk wifi however im having trouble conecting the mini and the extender the the main q box
is there any advise?

Hi @Matt1234561
Assume this is a Sky Q WiFi booster you have.
If your Q booster is located between your Q box and your mini to aid the mini connection try reconnecting it.
Hold the WPS button on your booster for 3 seconds until it flashes amber. Then hold the WPS button on the front of your Q box for 3 seconds until it flashes amber - You'll need to do it within 2 minutes.
After a few minutes, the connected light should turn green.
Once you have all three green lights on the booster check the mini.
If you still have an issue with the mini connecting carry out a Network reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with Q device.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Q booster (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
