on all my Sky q mini boxes I get an error message which says "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel". I have an active sky multiroom subscription. I have tried restarts and resets but nothing helps. Anyone got any ideas as I can't get to speak to a human at sky.

Re: Sky q mini boxes Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel
Hello can someone please escalate this for me please as I have the same problem with my sky q mini box, coming up with the message check subscription entitles. I have tried the reset on the sky q main box and on the mini box too. I've only recently had both boxes installed and would really appreciate further help if possible please.
Thanks in advance

Re: Sky q mini boxes Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel
Have also had this issue after recently cancelling my TNT Sports package. After speaking to a Sky agent, To get your Sky mini boxes back up and running, I had to completely reset one Minibox with the following steps:
Reset the settings
- Press the Home button on your Sky Q remote, highlight Settings then press 0,0,1 and Select.
- Select Reset, then Reset settings and select Confirm.
- Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press the standby button on the front of your Sky Q box, instead of the Home button on your Sky Q remote.
Once it reboots, you may need to re connect your Sky Q remote, you can do this by: - Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 2 seconds, a red light should flash twice on your remote, then follow on screen instructions.
Your sky Q minibox should reconnect to your Sky Q main box as normal, along with all your channels again. Any other Miniboxes you have should then reconnect automatically again also.
Hope this helps!
