Sky q mini box stuck on standy and will not turn on

My sky q mini box has been on standby for weeks, and no matter what I try to do, it will not turn on at all. We have tried everything advised from SKY and nothing appears to be working. Just told to order a replacement box but has no information on if this is a cost to me. When I go to order a replacement one, it just asks to submit the order, nothing about costs. Do i assume this is free as the box is not working?

@Lambretta1984  As they are Loaned to you there is no cost to replace faulty boxes.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Lambretta1984

Assume you have tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.

If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Failing this replacement for faulty Sky Q boxes is at Sky's expense as they are all rented.
