Sky q mini box locks every day

Every morning when I want to use the sky mini in the kitchen  it refuses to switch on

The light just stays red

If I unplug it for a few mins and plug it back in it then resets itself and works fine until the next morning 

I have to reset it every day

help please

Maybe faulty. I'd use the box troubleshooter to get a replacement.

I tried this but it asks if a reset works - which it does - and then it assumes all is ok and ends the process 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi @Chris5710   What time in the morning? To rule out the standby settings. The light should not be red (in power saving mode), it should be amber (standby mode).

Would be a shame if that didn't work after all
