Sky q mini box freezing. Also not playing recordings properly and can't exit recordings

I think my sky q mini box is terminal. It just doesn't do what I want ot to. It has developed a mind of it's own. Can't fast forward then when it does I can't stop it. When I play a recording I can  only exit it when full recording has played.  I  have switched it off and reset it.

If you have completed the reset talked about here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-box-problems

 

Then you should be able to select "that didn't work" or "I still need help" at the bottom of the page to get a number and call Sky for a replacement, further assistance or perhaps even an engineer visit.
