Hi, was this issue ever resolved? I'm having the exact same problem and no amounts of resets work 🤦♀️

Issue was resolved by changing the minibox again, and updating it to the latest software.
Basically some miniboxes work and some don't.
I don't believe anybody who works for sky actually knows why.
It's probably something in the box firmware or software.
That's all I can tell you.
