Sky q mini box and Disney

We bought a third sky q mini box which works perfectly apart from when we try to log into Disney plus when it says we don't have a subscription. We do as it's on and functioning on our other 2 mini boxes. We've changed passwords and tried reconnecting the whole mini box. Any ideas?
