Sky q main box freezing over last month and frequency increasing
SkyQ main box freezes and needs to be powered down and back on again. It started a month ago and is getting increasingly more frequent. Has done it twice today already

Hi,
All Sky Q equipment is owned by Sky. If there are any issues with the equipment it is Sky's responsibility to replace or repair it, if you contact the technical support team they would be able to help and advise a resolution
