My sky q system is slow and lags. Sometimes goes into shutdown and the technician problem cones up at the top of the screen.
I've done a full switch off and reboots.
what do I do next ?

You can perform resets via the service menu (various levels, including full wipe) or ask Sky for assistance/replacement.
