Hi there,
looking for a bit of advice, I'm getting sky q in 3 days but it's in an area of very low broadband coverage (1 bar) and was wondering if the equipment would have a problem or if sky q has a in built booster to access your supplier easily? Any help gratefully received,
ben.

No, Sky Q cannot help get a better connection to cellular broadband: that's almost entirely a factor of cell transmitter location, local topography and the nature of your dwelling place.
Cellular broadband generally isn't ideal for Q anyway (although some subscribers do use it) : fixed line (FTTC / FTTP) is preferable.
Q without good broadband will still function for live reception over the dish and (slow) download of on-demand content to disk, but on-board streaming apps won't work.

You may be thinking of the Q 'hotspot' function, but that's local retransmission of broadband as WiFi rather than a booster for cellular reception.
