Sky q has no internet connection

My sky q box keeps losing internet connection with my new virgin broadband. I've tried numerous times to reconnect. It connects for 10 seconds then loses it again. Any ideas

Hi @Garry72 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

@1000+Cutts your bedroom mini box doesn't connect to your vodafone broasdband it needs to connect to your Sky Q main box

Hi @Garry72, I'm having the same issue.

 

I've switched off my Sky box to reboot it, reset multiple times & reset my router but still not fixed.

 

Have you fixed your issue, & how did you fix it?
