Sky q factory reset itself

When I turned by box on it was stuck in accessiblity mode... the remote was in responsive ... I followed the instructions to repair my box ... then it restarted ... it factory reset the box, I've lost all my recordings, favorites everything ... this is unacceptable ... what can be done to recover my recordings

Nothing if a full factory reset has been initiated.

You can redownload any purchases and anything still available to download.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
