Sky q essential list of channels

I was offered sky essential on sky q and was not told it is different package to the glass one you don't get Netflix or sky Atlantic apparently but I was not told this when I changed  very angry

Yup, Q essentials is 'free-to-air' channels only.  But allows you to keep the Q box and functionality.

You can upgrade to Signature if you want Sky channels.

Sorry @davidharrison  that this was not made clear to you.

There is no doubt that the annoying choice of using very similar names for slightly different products on the different platforms by Sky has confused everyone, including numerous websites and particularly AI generated responses which can't tell the difference.
