Sky q download failure

Hi all

recently Sky Q has stopped downloading catch up tV programmes. Typically it downloads 20 mins then freezes. Your can restart but it starts again and fails. 

I've noticed a few people have had the issue but no one seems to have it fixed. 

any ideas? Thanks
