Sky q disconects from swish fibre everytime q box turned off ..

Every time I turn sky q box on to watch TV I have to reset internet connection to Swish fibre anybody got any idea why, all other devices stay connected, phone ,tablet, and computer.

Apparently Safari's privacy stuff can be an issue. If you're using that browser.

Hi 

The 001 worked till sat afternoon, had connection when turned on,pressed home button 2 hours later tells me no connection. Will have to reset yet again, only sky q disconnected  nothing else.

Didn't reply inside 48 hours as it was fine till sat afternoon, then  disconnected  yet again,any thing else I can try or you all out of idea's, must have flaw in sky box's ,asked around and everyone says if you don't   have sky broadband you have problems.

Yep. This is what I lived with for 3 years until I gave up on wifi.

 

Except if you do have Sky broadband you also can have plenty of problems.
