Sky q box works in one room but not in other room.Both were connected and working with old sky boxes
Sky q box says not receiving satellite signal in second room but confirmed that there was a working satellite signal by plugging old sky box which worked.Any ideas why it works in one room but not in another?

Hi @Millie59 If the old box (Sky+HD?) works then it shows it is picking up a standard signal, Sky Q requires a wideband signal which could be the reason why it cannot work.
