Sky q box won’t find any Wi-Fi networks

My Sky q box done a factory reset out of nowhere and now won't find any Wi-Fi networks at all when I go to set it up again. I've updated the software , don't another factory reset from the hidden menu and still nothings working. Reset the by router numerous times aswell, everything else works find apart from the box
