After years with no issues, now won't connect. Everything else in the house is still connected. Tried all 3 types of resets and still says unsuccessful and due to password. The password is correct.

Assume you tried a Network reset on the Q box?
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Virgin media. No issue with connectivity of any other device in the house

Hello, I have exactly the same problem and I am on virgin media. Every other device works in the house as is the smart TV itself, but the sky Q box refuses to reconnect after a full reset process. Did you eventually find out how to resolve this I would be keen to know thank you
