Exactly the same thing has happened to my Q box. It always used to fall out after a few hours but now it's every 5 mins so pointless having Sky. I don't have Sky broadband and am beginning to suspect that is the problem. Have tried replacing the Q box but to no avail. Sky won't send an engineer out so sadly I will be cancelling my contact which is a shame as I've been with them for over 20 years
That's what am thinking it only works with sky Broad band, we have a engineer coming out on the 15th, but getting money back from them, as we said we would be leaving after 37 years. So I know what your going through so give them a call and see how you get on.
I have had issues with this all weekend, just googled trouble shooters and this came up, it worked!! Thank you so much, I had been pressing the WPS button on the sky box.
Just to say I had this exact issue this month. Sky actually sent me a new box and it still didn't work. I tried the solution of pressing the wps button on the internet router first, like another person suggested, and it worked!! Couldn't believe it. So thank you for the fix!
