Hi,
Can't get through to speak to anyone at sky. My sky q box will not select "connect to WiFi from another broadband provider" when I try to click it.
How can I get this to work so I can search and connect my sky q box to my WiFi.
Internet used to be ethernet cabled but I know need WiFi. It has been reset and just will not select the WiFi option to search for WiFi.

I am also having the same problem when I am trying to connect my 3rd party WiFi to the sky q box.
