Sky q box pink screen. Apps have disappeared too
The Tv picture has gone to a pink pastel hue. I have changed HDMI leads, changed HDMI sockets in TV, reset the Sky Q box at least 4 times and still have a pink hue picture. I tried a reset looking advised on this forum and have now lost all my apps.

Re: Sky q box pink screen. Apps have disappeared too
Thank you I seem to have fixed it myself. The Apps returned once I ran a software update. By running one of the TV installed Apps (Netflix) not using the Sky Q box, it seemed to kick the Sky Q box back into life and the restored the colour itself. Hopefully it won't happen again.
