I've followed the instructions to rest the hard drive on my sky q box as advised by the sky support team. The box is now loading a page saying "you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes" which stays on for about 5 mins then the fan ramps up and the box restarts and goes to the same message again. This has happened several times now and it's gone no further.

Issue was terminal and had to order a replacement sky q 2tb box. Came in 2 days so all sorted and back working in time for the boxing.
