If you have Sky broadband reboot your Sky router by pressing the button on the back of the router and then get your Q box to search for your WiFi network which should now show and you can then connect to it.

I have the exact same issue. Its happened twice now in 4 weeks. Last time I was on phone to Sky for over an hour (almost as long as the time I spent going round in circles on the website). I've tried rebooting the Sky Q box and also the router (which is Sky).
Everything else in the house is pairing with WiFi on full signal so it has to be a Sky Q box issue.
Been waiting in queue for 25mins - lines close at 9pm so won't be working overnight.

Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

I'm having this issue also I'm eveything in my home is paired with the WiFi but both my sky boxes won't

Router on. Wait 10 minutes.
If you have a booster, connect that to the router using the WPS button.
Turn the Q on (only the main one)
Reset network. WPS buttons if it's a sky box or booster. Wifi ssid and passcode if it's a 3rd party router.
If that works, you can do the minis
If it doesn't, do what I did and ditch wifi.
