Sky q box keeps disconnecting to ee router

Hi @James711 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

My Sky Q Box is also disconnecting from Wifi pretty often, even though the home Wifi signal is strong and stable. It is becoming very tiresome for Netflix to drop out and needing to frequently reconnect to Wifi. Box also has a habit of refusing to wake up, needed  a reboot. I think it is past it now and needs replacement.
