Turning off HDMI Control should stop it (I can't remember exactly where the setting is), but it means your tv will no longer turn itself on automatically when you turn your Sky box on. You can still use a long press of the power button on your Sky box remote to turn your tv on manually.
Or tell us more about when this is happening. Is your tv turning on randomly? Or is it at a particular time each day?
