Try pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the mini remote until it's led flashes 4 times.
This will set the remote to Infrared which will work with and Q box.
However you must make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box as it needs line of sight.
If you can then control the mini
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
