Sky q box has disconnected from the internet and wont reconnect
My sky Q box seems to have disconnected from the sky internet and cant reconnect no matter how many times I turn it off and back on or go through the set up and hold the was button.
The sky service checker couldn't find any issues.
My tv is still connected to the Internet so seems to be an issue woth my sky q box.
Im stuck on what else to do.

Hi @ClaireDee In the following order:- Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

@ClaireDee what colour of Sky router do you have black or white ?
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
