Did you swap boxes through a DPD courier delivery and forget to take the viewing card out of the faulty box?

@Mwbs on you main Q box on the right hand side of the box towards the front is the card slot  and the card will be in there sticking out a few millimeters.

If you push the card in it should click and spring forward. Take the card out and give the chip a rub with a lint free cloth then put the card back in and push the card in until it clicks
