Received replacement sky Q box and 4 sky mini boxes keep dropping, recordings keep failing and program not available with regular technical fault messages appearing. I have reset settings and even hard drive set all back up twice but issues persist - paying £135 per month and constantly have issues viewing what we would like to - Please Help
