Sky q box error every morning

Every morning the sky q box a red light and the blue Q illuminated. I have to unplug it for longer than 30 seconds t enable a restart.

I have uploaded the latest software already.

anyone got any ideas?

@BbnIf you have it on the default eco setting the box will go into deep sleep overnight.  Change the eco setting to either active or none and see if that helps.
