I'm having this issue. Says press the dot then press and hold the the arrows until it flashes but it's already flashing before I can press it?

Been having this same issue for 2 weeks now. No idea why it's suddenly stopped connecting.

Well if it's flashing it's trying to set up a WPS connection so just go and press the WPS button on the router (or booster if applicable)

Someone on another thread said pressing the reset button on the back of the Sky router worked (and behaved differently from a power off/on)

This issue has now happened to us ....live TV works mini boxes not working ...all streaming services work through TV so no issue with broadband coming in .. sky Q box just won't connect to router no matter how many times I turn off everything or sit holding the damn WPS router button in! Come on sky ... we pay a fortune each month and this seems to be a common issue HELP!

No network connection on newish 2TB Sky Q box. Was workin...

No network connection on newish 2TB Sky Q box. Was working but over the last four weeks it has been dropping off the network. Constant re connection problems but now it will not connect to network at Al by WPS or SSID. we have been left with just basic TV when we tend to stream so very inconvenient.

@Kitsmum is Sky your broadband provider or is it a third party broad band provider

When I am trying to go into an app it is telling me that my internet provider is experiencing problems and that I should use a different wifi network.

Have you tried ethernet, as per this topic's subject, or is this a wifi-only problem, as far as you know?

Don't pin your hopes hopes on a new main box, had an engineer here yesterday because i was having this problem with my 2 minis, so he changed all 3 boxes, now i have no internet on all 3! with either wifi or ethernet.
