Sky q black screen on/off every few mins

After watching sky for awhile it flashes to a black screen for a second then back to normal. It will keep doing this. If I turn the box off I get a reprieve for an hour or 2 then it starts again.

If I watch anything on the TV not using sky never any problems.

Also if I use headphones to watch sky it gets horrendous interference every few minutes. Again watching anything on TV with q box off no problems.

Any ideas?

First thing to try is to try a different HDMI cable

Makes no difference and doesn't explain the interference either

Hi @Scott9951   HDMI cable length and is it seated properly?

I've tried a few different sizes all the same and seated correctly
