Sky picture has lost all colour, now mainly dark blue.

Came down the morning to find the sky box has lost all the colour leaving only a dark blue/black text. 

have reset the sky Q box several times, disconnnected everything and reconnected. Tried a different HDMI cable and also a different port on the TV (everything else on Tv works fine)

did the hidden reset 'settings > 0,0,1....' but still no luck.

anyone else managed to solve or is it a job for an engineer? Thanks

Hi @Monsey88   You don't mention that you have tried rebooting your TV?

Hi, just got home from holiday and surprise surprise its working again, so the TV was the issue even though it appeared to be the Sky Box! Thanks 😊
