Sky pauses for 1s with new TV

Morning all,

I have Sky Q and an LG OLED that died so was replaced with a Samsung S90 OLED.

Sky pauses for 1S to a black screen (beautiful black!), then starts again. Never happened until new TV this week.

Both TV and Sky are hard wired to Hey Broadband with download speeds of up to 1G.

Any ideas please before I think about returning the TV. Thanks.

Sounds like a cable fault most likely

 direct connection or via an amp or "OneConnect" type box?

assume 2160p/10bit. Was that the same before?

I think yes re settings and not changed.

Will try new cable and monitor.
