@peteb1 Have you tried rebooting your  Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@peteb1  Have you checked your TV's own settings?   As we don't know what TV you have you'll need to read the TV's user manual.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
