Sky on samsung tv changed its name to virgin media!
watching tv lost picture then pressed source on tv remote and the sky package is now picking up virgin media!

@Tracy119 You can rename the input within the TV settings using the TV's remote.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yeah that name is not indicative of much. The source, iirc, can send an identifying label but the TV can override it, usually for a custom choice the owner's made.
