Sky not transferring to new address. Can I access my planner
I've moved home yesterday and Sky have made an error and not turned up to transfer the box to my new address today. It's going to be another month before they can come to do this - 16 October. I know I can access Sky Go but it's not ideal as I don't like watching on my phone. My question is whether there is a way to access your planner as I know I'll miss thing I was wanting to watch. Thanks.

I'm afraid not as the box requires an active connection to the dish.
Can you not contact any companies local to you to connect it up for you ?

As you've already got the Q box, it's quite possible to employ an independent satellite dish installer, although unfortunately Sky won't cover the cost.
The only caveat is that the dish should be installed somewhere that Sky personnel can reach under their own standard working procedures if it is to get attention in the future.
