My TV has a message on it saying 'this screen does not support HDCP.
Try reconnecting your HDMI cable, or use a different screen.
I tried reconnecting the HDMI cable but get the same error

Hi @Clive66
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated

Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
